Use of the Service

Coordinare CTMS is provided for clinical research operations such as study tracking, visit logging, document management, task management, monitoring, and billing coordination. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with your contracts, study requirements, workplace policies, and applicable laws.

No Patient-Identifying Data

The service is designed for opaque subject identifiers only. Do not upload or enter patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, addresses, phone numbers, full-face photos, or other patient-identifying information. Unless separately agreed in writing, Coordinare CTMS is not intended to store protected health information or serve as a clinical system of record.

Account Responsibility

Keep your login secure, use accurate workspace information, and give access only to people who are authorized to work in that workspace. You are responsible for content submitted through your account or workspace.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, overload the system, upload malicious files, scrape data, or use the product to process data you are not authorized to handle.

Availability and Changes

The service may change as Coordinare improves the product, fixes defects, or responds to operational or security needs. Coordinare may suspend access when needed to protect users, data, or the service.
